Please note if you have not been to us before and need chiropractic treatments, you will need to book either a NEW PATIENT CHIROPRACTIC or FREE CONSULTATION. For full new chiropractic treatment and reassessments we will ask during the booking process for a deposit of £30 which will then be credited to your account for use once you attend your appointment, failure to attend of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will mean a loss of the deposit.. No deposit is necessary for the free consultation only appointment. You will also receive a confirmation email detailing your appointment which includes a link for you to complete the intake form, detailing your medical history before your visit.

Our massage therapist Roxana Gough is City and Guilds qualified and has 30 years experience in massage therapies. Throughout this time she has run her own clinics and worked alongside chiropractors for the last 20 years. Her expertise lies in creating a warm, friendly environment and adapting the massage technique to your individual needs.

Massage can be a very personal thing and used as a treat if you feel run down, just need a pamper or in most cases as part of ongoing care and maintenance for a troublesome area.

The principles of massage are to increases blood flow to the targeted muscles, speeding up the delivery of the nutrients they need to function properly and speeding the removal of metabolic waste that can cause pain and delay recovery.

Lauren James BSc (Hons) MChiro

Lauren graduated top of her class from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a distinction in Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) in 2012. She has been working as an associate chiropractor at Newland Chiropractic Clinic for 10 years.

Lauren’s focus is on musculoskeletal complaints body wide whether they are new, injury related or long standing problems. Treatment modalities used include joint manipulation and mobilisation, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, activator, laser therapy, taping and more.

Lauren is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Karl Stålaker BSc MSc

Karl graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney in 2006. He practiced as a chiropractor in Spain for several years before returning home to Norway in 2010. During his time at university, he developed a special interest in jaw problems, balance disorders, vertigo, headaches and chronic pain, which he has pursued in his postgraduate studies. He has completed his Masters of Musculoskeletal Neuroscience, with the focus of his studies on chronic pain and central pain sensitisation. Karl has taught several workshops for the Norwegian Chiropractic Association’s Regional New Graduate Development Programme. He has also presented at the Swedish Chiropractic Association’s 2019 Autumn Conference on the subject of TMJ influences on the vestibular system, and at the 2023 Forum on Manual Medicine (FoMM) on the subject of nociplastic pain. Karl has been in clinical practice in Spain, Norway, and since 2019 in England. He also has a clinical interest in sports injury treatment and prevention, and regularly works with professional football players.

Jeff O'Toole

Jeff relocated to Lincolnshire from Northwest London, where he has been a chiropractor and clinic owner since 2004. Jeff is qualified in a range of chiropractic techniques and has been a McTimoney Technique and Diversified Technique lecturer at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. He is also qualified in Sport Massage and British Medical Acupuncture.

Jeffs’ chiropractic interests are based in biomechanics and musculoskeletal medicine. In other words, all your aches and pains from muscle and joint problems, including management of longer term mechanical pain issues.
